Branch Chairman: Mrs Tina Graham Tina served in the Princess Mary's Royal Air Force Nursing Service as a Nursing Officer and in the professional arm of SSAFA in Central Office. A progressive career of more than 40 years has provided a highly developed working knowledge of the Health profession. Experience has been gained operating from both practical and administrative standpoints in military and civilian environments world-wide and in hospital, nursing, welfare, charity and insurance operations. The Cyprus Branch operates the same way as the SSAFA Branches and Divisions which exist in UK. The Branch provides assistance to those personnel who have served in the armed forces and their families and dependants in order to relieve need, suffering or distress. This also includes those Cypriots who served in the UK armed Forces. The Chairman can be contacted at branchchair@ssafa-cyprus.org The SSAFA Branch is now 16 years old and its headquarters are located with the Episkopi Support Unit within the Garrison. We have 60 caseworkers and 20 helpers to assist the branch in the provision of care for our clients across the whole island. SSAFA Forces Help is an almonising Charity who provide assistance to those ex-servicemen and women who have chosen to make Cyprus their home. The Branch Chairman is responsible to the Chairman of SSAFA Forces Help in London for the well being, efficiency, organisational effectiveness and financial probity of the branch and provides overall leadership of the branch and its volunteers.
